Issue with P&L Pivot dimension

Hi all

I´ve made a P&L Pivot, with 2 dimensions, one is a lot of sales rep´s, and the other Dimension have like 100 different values, but I only want to show one specific value...is it possible to write a string /formel in "Field" or "Label" so I only get this one value ?

(I know can make a filter and choose this specific value, but in this sheet I need 2
