Last six month activation

Hello All,

I have a table containing partnername, license count, activationdate, date of association

On the basis of this I have to create a interval from 0 to 21+

month - I got from date of association

onboarded partners count- this I just put the partner'sname

now I have to calculate the last six month license count with partner slab  , I am not sure as how can I create the intervals please advise..
