Server as well - you pay for tokens.

No you can not license your Qlik Sense desktop.

But...

There is no need for it as you can open the Sense apps from others without having your Desktop client licensed. This is a big difference with QlikView desktop where licensing is required for opening QlikView apps of others.

qliksense doesnt have licensed version for desktop and server as of now..
