Limit User to Bookmark or Filter

Hi

I designed a app containing branch data and user data. 

The app is designed for our Area Managers to use.

Management want me to block the data to the relative Area Manager.

Is there a way I can give an Area Manager access to the App but prevent him/her from selecting and viewing the other Area Managers data?
