Loading direct table vs Joining Tables

Does performing joins in Database and bringing direct table, improve visual loading time when Qlik Sense app open ?

Probably. Any calculations you don't have to do in Qlik Sense expressions in visualizations because those calculations have already been done by the source database or in the Qlik Sense load script will make the front end faster than otherwise.
