Loading fails when the stories are exported via Power Point

Hi,

I have some issues with exporting my Qlik stories to Powerpoint.

The export works well but when I open the exported Powerpoint file I get white empty sheets only!

Please advise me if you have any idea why this is not working. I restarted also the Qlik Sense Printing Service but the issue is still reproducing.
