MS Dynamics CRM Connector

I recently had a service account created to use to connect with our MS Dynamics CRM.  We purchased the Qlik Connector some time ago and I was trying to use that to connect.

With the help of our consultant I tried 3 or 4 different combinations of the string but none of them would connect.

We are currently using the On-Premise version of Dynamics.  So my first question is will the connector work with this version or does it only work with the Cloud version?

If it doesn't work then can I just create a direct data connector in Qlik Sense to the database?

This is the connection string that I was trying:

Url=https://internal.crm.xxx.net/xxxx; Domain=domain; Username=uuuuu; Password=zzzz
