Make Text & Image object unclickable

Hello,

I'm using the Text & Image object as a heading for an area on the dashboard. When you hover over the Text & Image object you get tool tips for snapshot and expand. How can I disable that?

Its not possible for out of the box visualizations. But it should be possible with a custom extension
