Map issue - matching cities - countries

Hello,

I'm trying to represent the sale amount over the city name, in the Italy country.

But what's happen?

Some italian cities are automatically reported to foreign states! That's crazy... (yes of course they still exist in other countries).

How can I control this strange matching ?
