Maps help needed in Qlik Sense

Hi,

     I am having issues with creating maps in Qlik sense.I do have Latitude and Longitude data in data.Do I need to load Latitude and longitude data from excel separately even though I do have data in Fact table?I never thought creating point map in Qlik sense would be this difficult.I created a separate map table with fields Latitude,Longitude and GeoMakePoint(Latitude,Longitude) derived from FACT in data model.It just shows complete map but no points.
