Master dimension in pivot table like row

Hi experts, 

I am using a master dimension in a pivot table, like row. But filtering in a pivot table doesnt work, if i choose some option from this dimension. There is no reaction. How can it work?

This is not the behavior of Master Dimension. My assumption, something is not associate in the model?

What can be wrong in a model, when I create master dimension in app?

It works for other dimension, normally.

For columns (measures) I use alternate state, because I use columns like for comparing data.
