Matrix with same Dimensions on X and Y Axis

Hello, 

I am looking to create something like a matrix, comparing values across X and Y dimensions. The cell result would be an average difference between the two values. Any suggestions? (There will be several more dimensions, so I'd like to do it without hard-coding a bunch of measures.)
