Max Date sales by each month

Hi All,

I want to show Sales by max date for each Month .

If my Max date 15-06-2019. Then keep this as end date of each month .

For  Ex:

Jan.  Start Date from  01-01-2019  to date is 15-01-2019

Feb. Start Date from  01-02-2019  to date is 15-02-2019

  ....

Jun. Start Date from  01-06-2019  to date is 15-06-2019

Please help  to acheive
