Measure only shows up for selected date

Hi folks,

Hoping some one can help me as I got an issue with a chart (see below). only number for selected month shows up for this line chart while I need it shows up for all periods.

the measure looks like:

sum(aggr(sum(Target),SKU)*aggr(sum(Multiplier),SKU))

as I needed to aggregate two measures at sku level and multiply them to get the final number.

The dimension is calendar month. Thanks in advance for any help.
