Measures containing a certain value

I am looking to count the number of instances which contain a certain value.

i.e. Count the number of instances which contain 'S0101'

Something like

Count({<instance={'S0101'}>} instancekey)

[Anonymous]

That was it but needed to add a * after the S0101

Count({<instance={'S0101*'}>} instancekey)

That counted all the ones which contained S0101
