Median

Hi All,

I need your support and your help !  

I have to monitor the median interval (median numbers of days) to respond to my stakeholders. 

Basically, I have a list of tasks (tasks 1, 2, 3..., 45) and for each task I have two dates to monitor : the date when the task has been requested (Actual Start Task date) and the date when the completeness of the task as been sent to the stakeholders (Completeness Notification date). I would like to know how long it takes to complete a task expressed as a Median.

In Qlik, I have coded the formula as followed : 

median([Completeness Notification date]-[Actual Start Task date])

 However, the median I obtain in Qlik does not correspond to the median I can found in Excel.

But, I don't understand why. Can someone help me?
