Merge string with field

Hi I hope somebody could help with the issue. I'm creating a report in Qliksense. I am not able to solve a problem. 

SI. No   Description

1             Fruits

                Apple

                Orange

                Grapes

Here, SI. No and Description (except 'Fruits' ) is a field.. Where 'Fruits' is a string name. 

Can anyone help how to concatenate the string and field values in qliksense?
