Merge two rows??

Hi All,

I have a dimension DSI, which consists of two rows 1) null and 2)values less than 14.

I want to merge these two rows .

How can  do it??

I have other dimensions in the table which are exactly same except DSI??

Max ({<DSI ={'*'}>} DSI).
