Hello,

Which version of Qlik Sense are you using?

This error was generated in the past due to the data connection called monitor_apps_REST_user loading too much data (Users + User Attributes). A new data connection has been created to fix this issue and is called monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed.

Normally in the newer version of Qlik Sense the Session Monitor should use this new data connection. However when you upgrade your environment, this application is not updated automatically so you may need to import the newest version and test.

The folder to import the newest version is C:\Programdata\Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps

Hope this helps!

There can be a number of reasons that an application does not automatically reload when it is scheduled.  Network issues, Database offline for maintenance or responding poorly for backup, and many more.  There is an ideation entry that requests some way to ask Qlik to automatically retry a scheduled but failed update after some period of time.  If you are interested in supporting this idea, please go to https://ideation.qlik.com/app/#/case/399034 and upvote it.
