Month on Month

Hello experts I need to get a bar chart that shows average Month on month Customer satisfaction ratings from the month of April 2018 to April 2019. That is, the average customer satisfaction rating for each month. Below is the code  I  but it does not give the expected results.  What I get is May 2018 to May 2019. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
