your question not clear.can you elaborate more on your issue.
Usual qliksense deployment steps,
1) once you done with development using qliksense desktop and report tested and no issue then good move into production server (u can find the app in below location - qliksense desktop installed location)
C:\Users\<User Name>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps
2) login into qmc portal (update u r IP /hostname)
