NPrinting On Demand Not Working with Selections/Filters

I set up NPrinting and more specifically On Demand Reporting (button). It works when no selections/filters are made, however, as soon as I select anything, the export window stops popping up. 

 

Any ideas? On Demand is the main use case for us.
