NPrinting report published on hub can't be removed

Hi,

I'm aware that you cannot remove NPrinting apps published to the Hub and it's done by setting the control "Days to keep"

However in my case the report won't delete even after I set days to keep=1. It's been a few weeks now

Any help would be much appreciated.
