Navigate to a different app through a KPI without using extensions

Hi,

i am looking for a way to open another qlik sense app by clicking on a kpi or an element, but without using any extensions for this. Is it possible to do it in qlik sense? I am aware that this can be done to link to another sheet in the same app, could it be done for a different app as well?
