Need differnt lable in Y axis and different lable in Bar (Bar chart)

I am trying to create a bar chart using the attached table. 

I want the Tier column in the table to be in the X axis and the Y axis is the count of Defect. But in the chart I want the "% of defect by Tier" to be appear as label in the bar and Defect count in the Y axis label

This is how I am getting in Qlik sense, I want the blue circle lable to be Defect range while retaining the percentage in Bar
