Need help with Data Manipulation for trendline analysis

hello all Qlik Sense Dashboard!

I am trying to upload a set of data into Qlik Sense for the Dashboard analysis. However, for column A - market information, it seems that it can't successfully identify the type of market which I had difficulty to use it for the dashboard. Is it due to the description? Can I remove the description when uploading the data? 

What i am trying to do: 

1. create a trend line to show the relationship of a particular stock behind its market along with its Quantity 

2. is it possible to upload the same type of data from several months and find out the trend behind? for example, do people purchase more on a particular market as time goes by?
