Network Access Message - Connection Refused

I have just installed QlikSense and I get the attached error message. This only occurs at my work and not from home. I have checked with the network engineer and he has said that the request is being rejected on the Qlik end.QlikSenseError.PNG

Thanks Ruben. I should clarify my original post, I am only running QlikSense developer. I don't have the server version installed.
