New to Click Sense, QMC & nested active directory groups

Are nested AD groups supported with Qlik sense?  our Qlik partner indicated they were and I have my main BI_Qlik AD group and created a management group which is a member of BI_Qlik but it will not come thru, but the individuals that are assigned membership to BI_Qlik come thru fine....  HELP, need to roll out phase 1 of project.
