No Total Pivot table options available

Hi is there a way to enable grand total function on pivot table?

Can't seem to find total check box in my company's version of Qlik Sense Enterprise  is there anyway of enabling it or will i need to get a version upgrade?

activate the total on ur first dimension:

Don't see  activate total on my side for the pivot table, so I'm wondering if version of QlikSense has anything to do with this?

On the DIMENSIONS not MEASURES.

I did check so at least what i saw was rows (dimension), columns and measures. Open everything up dont see them.
Is there like any prerequisite requirements
