Node is Offline - Repository Service Not Contacted Error

We would like to ask for help on our ongoing issue with our slave Qlik node.

When checking at http://gmd-qlik-server/qmc/nodes

The RIM nodes are displaying a "Node is Offline" status, even though all Qlik services on that node are running.

I've tried:

• Restarting the slave node
• Ping the port 4444 on the slave - the connection is okay.

Hello,

Is there any specific reason you used the IP adress as the hostname of the rimnode?

Did you successfully deploy the certificates when adding the rim node?
