Not Like filtering

i dont want to show values that star with 'Emp*' am doing the following clause:

Where employees <> 'Emp*' 

but it dosent works anyone can help me to filter this in the script section tenkiu

Where employees not like 'Emp*' ;

or try :

Not Wildmatch(employees , 'Emp*')
