I successfully (got to the end of the install procedure without any errors) installed Qlik Sense June 2019 release on a Windows Server 2016 Standard Edition that has 16GB or RAM, 2.60GHz Processor and about 150GB of free space. As recommended, I used a service account to install Qlik. Now, I am not able to get into QMC or the HUB (I do so, by double clicking the desktop shortcuts that Qlik created for me). I simply cannot get past the login screen. I know my credentials are correct. Not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. I looked at the engine logs and I see this message "Total amount of system physical RAM available is: 0 (0 MB)" - not sure what that represents or, if it is related to my inability to login.
Any ideas?
First log in to the QMC so you can apply the license. You should be able to do this with your service account credentials. Note, that you need to include the domain in your username.
Example:
user: qsdev\svc_qlik
pass: pwd123
If the service account was created on the server you installed and is not a domain service account, the domain will be the name of the server. You can also use '.' to infer to the default: .\svc_qlik
@treysmithdev I am not able to log into QMC. I don't get past the login popup. I am using a domain service account and including the domain in my user name, but no luck.
