Not able to run CacheInitializer on Qlik Sense Server

Hi Team,

We are required to set "CacheInitializer" to load the big application into RAM to avoid performance issue of the application. But unable to run the setup on qliksense server. Steps followed by us:

1. Downloaded CacheInitializer setup from GitHub. 

2. Placed the setup on the desktop of the server.

3. Through CMD , located the CacheInitializer  on desktop and tried to run the below command :

CacheInitializer.exe --server https://company.xyz --appname "Operations Monitor"

Getting the error: Object Reference not set to the instance of an object.

Please let us know what needs to be corrected here to run the setup on our Qlik Sense server
