Not receiving registration email

Hi.

We are trying to register a new user. He goes through the registration process but does not receive a registration email.
I've checked the forums which asked to whitelist the sending domains which we've done : qlik.com and sendgrid.net.
We've also checked spam/junk email on outlook and the web.
We're still not receiving the activation email.
Pls assist.

My suggestion is to contact Qlik Support about this.
