November 2019 version number

We have Qlik Sense November 2019 installed on our sever. What version should be displayed in QMC next to apps we created since the installation of this version?  I am seeing 12.475.3 but when I looked here:

https://support.qlik.com/articles/000033652

The build number is 13.51.0 and up.  What is the relationship between the build number and the version number?
