One of the legend is not displaying when one of the dimension is not present

Hi,

Please any one help me out to change the legend

Actually we did drill down for two dimension , on that first dimension we have 'Yes' and 'No' data only and the second dimension was office.

i added in master item

if([B-1]='Yes','Y',if([B-1]='No','N'))

Office

legend is not displaying when one of the dimension is not present . It is displaying for the dimension which value is present i.e bar is displaying .
