Open an app on specific node

Hi team,
We need to open any specific app on a specific node so that users can open the app in a faster manner because of cache holding capacity.
Qlik sense multi-node setup is present, but while opening the hub from the prefix name, we are getting an error as "The proxy is waiting for a new session". Please find the error screenshot in the attachment
Steps did :
1.  Disabled the ResourcesonNonCentralNodes rule.
2. Created a new virtual proxy and added the prefix, server node, and proxies.
3. Created a new load balancing rule.
