Ordering of filters/breadcrumb on application

Hello,

I am have a few filter panes but we are forcing users to use the filters from the breadcrumb instead. Is there a way to order your breadcrumb the way you want? It seems like this should be an easy fix but doesn't seem to be the case. Here is a snapshot of what I'd like to achieve. Any help/guidance is greatly appreciated.
