Orders packed per day

Hello guys, I have a table like this:

How I can get a % of packed order day per day. Here I have 8 orders to packed, and 7 with status completed witch means that the status of packed order is completed. But in table we see 10 packed orders because three of them is packed today but the received day was two days before. I want to show day per day, % of packed parcels on single day, how I can do this?
