Overlapped timeline Gantt Chart

Hi All, I am stuck with overlapped timeline Gantt Chart. I managed to create the below figure with the help of Qliksense Gantt Chart YouTube Video 

However, each colour represents of different timelines and may overlap each other. I would like the Gantt Chart look like below (example from Hic's example back 2012 )

I have the following data:

ID,

phase1_start_date,

phase1_end_date,

phase2_start_date,

phase2_end_date,

phase3_start_date,

phase3_end_date,

Current_phase

I tried to replicate Hic's example but failed as that post was published over 10 years and some features have changed...Any tips?
