Percentage calculation when count aggregation used in app!

Hi Friends, I thought it is very simple and started working to get percentage of timesheet defaulters every week. 

But when plot the chart to get the percentage it is not giving me the right value. 

I have tried these steps: 

Percentage of defaulters by Week= count of defaulters/count of complete resources

    and

Percentage=Count of defaulters/Count(total(defaulters))

But both are not giving me the right value.

Can you tell where I went wrong?
