Pivot Table based on data availability

Hi,

I have the below data.

LoB	Tier 1	Tier 2	Tier 3	Tier 4	Tier 5
CS	aaa	bbb
RM	ccc	ddd
PC	eee	fff	ggg
TH1	hhh	iii	jjj	kkk	qqq
TH2	lll	mmm	nnn	ooo	ppp

Now, I should show this in the form of pivot table as below. And provide Lob as a filter.

How to achieve this based on the selection of the Lob filter?

Currently what is happening is, since no data available for tier 3 tier 4 tier 5 , the drill down shows null values.
