Pivot table conditional formatting between thresholds

I would like to add conditional formatting like in the image below. 
The format has a colour scale where green is the lowest, red is the highest and yellow is the midpoint.

I have three factors: Month (columns), Letters(rows) and values(values)

Is it possible to do this in Qlik?
