Polygons in Qlik Sense

Dear all,

I have stored in a data base, some polygons areas which I would like to bring in Qlik Sense and present in a map chart. Can you please tell me if this is possible, without converting the to KML file type.  The Polygon filed looks like this, see below; until now I didn't managed to represent them.
