PostGreSQL Connector Timeout

When I try to get huge tables, sometimes the data collection stops, because of the slowness of the database, the problem is that the connector interprets that it is the end of the data and not that the database is slow,  storing incomplete data in the qvd .

Does anyone have a solution for this?

By ay chance could it be possible to provide the following details ?

What is the driver in use ?

Are we saying that the reload doesn't error out and completes successfully but without the complete data ?
