Problem On Embed Qlik Chart (I-Frame)

Hi, I'm new in using Qliksense.

Hope someone can help regarding this problem :), thanks.

So I've tried to embed the Qlik using iframe. But weirdly, only one device can see the chart on the external website while when using other device, the embed chart couldn't be shown and got this error code:

Do anybody have a clue about this problem ?

Hi @inventlogistic2016 ,

as a first, I will check what is the user who is connecting to web and if there is license allocated to this user.

If yes, then it might be network issue (firewall, proxy, etc.).
