Problem accesing Qlik Sense app from Android

Hi All,
I have an Android application and there is an internet link to Qlik Sense app.
https://qliksense.xxxxxxx.xx/sense/app/b0b7e095-2670-4b90-9b23-079033df5aa7/sheet/1b17c4b9-2b5b-4181...

I click on that link, enter username, password and then - 500 Internal server error. 😞

But if I login first through https://qliksense.xxxxxxx.xx , the link from Android application works fine

Any advice?
