Hello, I have a problem with logging in users. Users log in to qlik sense using the permission group assigned to them in AD. There are, let's say, 50 people. Each person has an AD account and security group that allows to login. I am an administrator and 2 days ago logging in to QS using domain credentials stopped working for me - I would like to point out that nothing was changed. The problem is that random users do not have access to the application. Usually to the HUB. I lost access to HUB and QMC. I honestly searched the forum and didn't find anything. QS does not accept domain credentials from me, but it does accept domain credentials from a fellow administrator who has the same rights. Sometimes, after entering credentials multiple times, login can be blocked in AD.
Hi,
By lost access to Qlik Hub & QMC, what do you mean ? Can you share a screenshot of the error that you are facing ?
Also you can check the logs for Proxy service on your server for further rca on your error. I hope you have raised a ticket with Qlik Support for the same.
Regards,
Rohan.
I agree with @Rohan. It's probably best to raise a ticket with Qlik Support or contact your Qlik implementation and development partner.
@mlabedzki The best tool to use Fiddler and understand what has happened.
Or, Please check this https://claimsweb.xyz.com/ntlm/ (Here, xyz is your company) to see how claim has done.
Is Localhost or server URL works?
Just a bit of general information on this.
QlikSense does not authenticate users. We ask the AD if this user is a valid and authenticated in the Domain, if they are, they will be able to access the hub (and be added to the user list). But they can only see and open apps if they have access to them and have a license.

Hello
Thank you all for your replies. I understand you wanted to help. For my part, the problem was also described too generally because we did not know whether it was a problem with QS or with security policies. Internally, there is an ongoing analysis of what is happening. If we find a problem, I will post a comment here.
