Problem with QS launch

Hello,

I have installed succesfully QS desktop on my computer, but when i try to launch that program, I receive two windows:

1. ,,QS software has stopped work and few seconds later:

2. ,,Engine couldnot be unlocked".

I have deleted all caches from my computer and tried to repair QS in computer.

Could you help me?

In attached photos you can find my two windows and my computer specifications.

Is it problem with my computer?
