Hi all,
I need help on a custom security rule I'm trying to create :
-My goal is to give access to a user to only one Reload Task.
-This access must be done via the QMC (I don't want the user to launch it via the hub, because this specific tasks triggers other tasks to send mails).
-The user must only have access to this task on the QMC, and must only be able to start it, not edit or delete it.
So, I did the following :
-Create a first security rule with QmcSection_Task as Resource filter, Read and Update as Actions, for a Role (so a user with the role has access to the Reload Tasks part of the QMC).
-Create a second security rule with ReloadTask_* as Resource filter, Read as Action, with the Role I already created, and the #ReloadTask name as conditions.
The result : the user can log to the QMC, sees only the task, but when he tries to start it, he gets the following error message : "The operation failed due to insufficent privileges".
So I added "Update" as Action in the second security rule, but it didn't solve the problem (same error message), and it also allowed the user to edit the task, something I dont't want.
I checked on Qlik Sense Help about the error message, but I can't have licence problem with Professional and Analyzer, as we are still using tokens.
Can somebody help on what I'm doing wrong ?
Best regards.
